Our custom letter cakes are all oversized, about 10″ in length.
Servings may vary, depending on the letter you choose, but typically feed between 8-10 people. Our standard letter cakes are staked with 3 layers of sheet cakes including buttercream fillings. The top layer is garnished with hand piped flowers, fruit, and chocolate. Macarons are optional.
Since the sides of the letter cakes are exposed to the air, it may dry quicker than the cakes coated with frosting. The letter cakes should be consumed on the day of pick-up or delivery for the best quality and taste.
