What is your service? I specialize in crafting custom cakes and cupcakes, all made with love and delicious buttercream! One of my favorite things to do is create stunning buttercream flowers, each carefully piped to perfection. I also enjoy designing themed cakes and cupcakes that add a special touch to your event.
What kind of cake do you make?
All of my flower cakes and cupcakes are made with a delicious pound cake, known for its rich flavor and texture that pair perfectly with my buttercream. If you have a different cake or cream in mind, just let me know! I’m happy to customize your order to make it just right for you.
Do you deliver?
Yes, I’m happy to deliver to select areas in New York City! I mainly serve locations within about 5 miles of my place in Sunnyside, Queens, which includes:
- Manhattan (below 100th Street)
- Brooklyn (above Prospect Park)
- Queens (up to Flushing)
If you’re outside these areas, just ask, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you! There is a delivery fee based on distance and traffic.
How far in advance should I order?
For small cakes or up to 3 dozen cupcakes, a week’s notice is ideal. For larger orders, like 2-tier cakes, I recommend at least two weeks. If you’re in a pinch, I can sometimes take small orders with just 3 days’ notice!
What kind of buttercream do you use?
I use Italian meringue buttercream, which is perfect for creating those lovely flower shapes you see on my cakes!
How sweet are your cakes and cupcakes?
I like to keep things balanced, so my cakes and buttercreams are about 70-80% sweet, depending on the flavors and fillings. It’s all about making sure you enjoy every bite!
Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order in Sunnyside, Queens! While I don’t have a physical storefront, I’ll share the pickup address once your order is confirmed.
When can I pick up my order?
You’re welcome to pick up your order between 11 AM and 8 PM. Please let me know what time works for you, and I’d love for you to arrive on time! If anything changes and you’re running late, just drop me a message.
Can I get a refund for my order?
Just a quick note: the deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made within 72 hours of your pickup or delivery time are also non-refundable. If there’s any issue with your cake’s design or taste, please bring it back to me so I can help you out and process your refund.
